SYNS Cervical Spine Course in Geneva

The course is a cadaver lab designed for young and advanced residents who want to learn and practice cervical spine surgery.

There will be 4 stations with 12 participants and everyone will have the possibility to practice.

You will have also the opportunity to discover a wonderful internation city as Geneva is.

SYNS Symposium Spine in Nottwil

The annual meeting is intended to provide a platform for teaching and exchange for residents as well as young consultants from Switzerland and abroad.

This year's symposium will extensively cover the whole spectrum of spine surgery, and is to be held on September 27th - 29th, 2024, at the The Swiss Paraplegic Centre (SPC), Nottwil and in Hotel & Conference Center Sempachersee.

Das Jahressymposium ist jeweils einem klinischen Thema gewidmet. Im Namen der Klinikdirektoren des KNZs des Universitätsspitals Zürich freut es uns ausserordentlich, Sie zum 12. Jahressymposium am Donnerstag, 11. Dezember 2025 im Grossen Hörsaal Nord1 C/D des Universitätsspitals Zürich einzuladen. Das diesjährige Symposium ist dem Thema «Epidemiology in Clinical Neuroscience and its Challenges» gewidmet.

 

Am Symposium wird auch der Forschungspreis KNZ 2025 an Nachwuchsforschende verliehen.

Dieser Kurs von Dr. Giuseppe Esposito ist für Chirurginnen und Chirurgen geeignet, die mit mikrochirurgischen Techniken, Mikronähten und Mikroanastomosen arbeiten. Die Teilnehmenden werden in der Lage sein, grundlegende mikrochirurgische Techniken wie die Dissektion von Arterien und Venen anhand eines Plazenta-Modells zu üben.
