The SYNS offers up to four annual training courses and serves as an open platform for resident doctors to exchange experiences and represent their interests at national and international levels.

10. - 11.04.2026: 4th SYNS Microneurosurgery Course

Join us in Lugano for the 4th Annual Microsurgery Course, on April 10-11th, 2026!

This intensive two-day course offers a unique opportunity to master the art of micro-anastomosis through a mix of lectures and practical sessions on Upsurgeon models. Highlights include end-to-end, side-to-side, and end-to-side anastomoses on vessels of 2mm and 1mm. Enjoy the mentorship from an esteemed national and international faculty and the picturesque charm of Lugano during our social dinner.

Symposium 2026

Focused talks on fundamentals of up-to-date spine surgery for residents and young consultants, explained by a top-class faculty.

The annual meeting is intended to provide a platform for teaching and exchange for residents as well as young consultants from Switzerland and abroad.
