EANS Advanced Course in Spinal Surgery – Part I: Extended Indications & Advanced Operative Techniques, taking place in Lisbon from 15–17 November 2026.

This course is designed for recently qualified neurosurgeons, neurosurgeons with a special interest in spinal surgery, and orthopaedic surgeons wishing to further develop their expertise in advanced spinal procedures.

Der Kurs richtet sich an Ärztinnen/Ärzte aus den Fachgebieten Intensivmedizin, Anästhesie, Allgemeine Innere Medizin und Notfallmedizin, die akut kranke Patientengut betreuen. Neben der Vermittlung der wichtigsten theoretischen Grundlagen liegt der Schwerpunkt in der praktischen Anwendung. In Gruppen mit max. 4 Personen pro Tutor:in haben die Teilnehmenden die Möglichkeit, die sonographische Untersuchungstechnik an Proband:innen zu erlernen oder die vorhandenen Kenntnisse aufzufrischen.

The 2027 IFNE- JSNE- GLEN- NESI-CSNE Hands-on Workshop on Cerebral, Ventricular and Skull Neuroendoscopy will be held in Naples-Italy from 1 to 5 February 2027. Tutor / trainee ratio 1:2 throughout the hands-on sessions.
